Our accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourcing services are intended for clients operating in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You must be 18 years or older to engage with our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, software, and materials presented on this website are the property of LekhaWekha unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your financial data, unless otherwise agreed.
• You must not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are agreed upon at the beginning of each engagement. All fees are payable as per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

We take data confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree not to disclose or share any confidential information exchanged during the course of service unless legally obligated to do so.

6. Limitation of Liability

LekhaWekha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We are not responsible for losses due to inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. All outstanding fees become due upon termination. We reserve the right to suspend services due to breach of terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the client’s business is located or as mutually agreed in the service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

LekhaWekha may update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
